Las Animas is our house decaffeinated. Coffee is sourced from co-operatives in Peru is gently decaffeinated in Germany using a CO2 “Sparkling Water Process”. A medium roast produces a coffee with an almondy, fudgy flavour with light acidity, perfect for all brewing methods.
Storage Information: Our kilo bags are made from a paper with a compostable lining. For longer storage, we recommend transferring the beans to an airtight container, like a kilner jar or tupperware.
