Our House Blend is comprised coffees from our favourite origins: Brazil and Ethiopia. Natural processed coffee from the Sao Paulo (Mogiana) region of south east Brazil is soft, creamy and milky. Coffees we select from south west Ethiopia offer body, spice and sweetness. We roast the coffees to a medium profile, which accentuates the body and richness of the coffees whilst retaining a little acidity. Suitable for espresso and filter coffee brewing.
Storage Information: Each kilo bag is packaged in a protective tin-tie bag to lock in freshness. For longer storage, we recommend transferring the beans to an airtight container, like a kilner jar or tupperware.
